I rated this a thee-star only because the two spaces I viewed had obvious water damage, and one of them was still a bit damp on the floor. However, I would rate this a 5 in customer service because of how Richard handled the situation. I had accepted the space and paid before it before I saw the water spots on the floor and ceiling. Richard was apologetic and offered several workarounds, such as laying tarp down and over my stuff until he could get someone to repair the roof, and offering a different space. I ultimately decided not to rent storage there, and he fully refunded me less an initial $25 fee. He could easily have been unyielding as I'd already signed an agreement, but he was kind and understanding about it. Thanks, Richard, for being such a great person!
