Public Storage - Seattle - 9701 Aurora Ave N

My experience was fabulous. I rented a small 5 x 5 space, and since the computer said it was available but it was actually under maintenance and wasn't available, the manager and employee made it right. They were extremely helpful and acomomodating.

This is the first time I have had to arrange for a storage unit, and it couldn't have been easier. A shout out to Haley for her patience (as my phone was downloading super slowly that day) and her great explanations. The storage facility is very clean and looks very secure. I feel safe renting the unit from them.

Staff were very helpful in moving us in and giving us answers to all our questions. She was also very attentive to the security of the building and ensuring customers did not inadvertently let people from the street in. Only drawback is that it closes early: 6pm.

Great prices. Facility is clean, employee was kind.

Everything is awesome. Hours are little restrictive. Only 6-6 and you can't have access to the trolley from 6 AM to 9:30AM.

This facility is brand new and the staff is super helpful!

I arrive to check in and discovered that the assigned unit was too far from the elevator for me to walk as I am handicapped. The manager was most accommodating and found me a new unit that was much closer. That made it possible for me to rent here. Thank you so much !

Many thanks to Marie and Connie for welcoming me and helping me to start my storage, and for being professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Connie called me after I reserved the storage online and asked when I would like to stop by. Marie did all the paperwork, found a good storage unit and explained many details (which floor is the best to store, do I need to get shelves, when to pay). The place and my unit are very clean, the staff is smiling and is very helpful, there are always people in there, so this location looks very popular. It takes very little time for me to drop off my stuff because their parking is by the elevator, the elevators are running fast, folks in the office are stepping out to help, I did not have to wait at all.

new and clean location. good access. a good number of parking and loading zones - although busy on the weekends. the downfall is the number of carts for customer use is too few. and every time I have been there it seems only 1 elevator is operating out of 3 available elevators. also, when using the elevator - I enter my code and floor to "call" the elevator, but then when I get in the elevator, it doesn't remember those entries. I end up having to jump out again and reenter my code and floor to get going. I have seen this happen to many others as I wait for the 1 elevator to come & go.

This Public Storage has the best staff and new technology for their storage units. I only wish that they had a better way of managing the elevator situation.

Tiffany and Marie could not have been more helpful. I knew Marie from a previous facilty and she is consistantly cheerful and helpful. They were both very good at explaining all the details of moving in and all the ins and outs. I look forward to their smiling faces when I visit.

I've used public storage before, but this facility was by far the best. Tiffany's customer service made the whole process so pleasant - I'm really glad I chose this Public Storage for my moving needs!

We we're helped by Tiffany, Henry, & Marie. They were all friendly and very accommodating. Henry found us a unit that has everything my husband and I were looking for. Tiffany & Marie even shared their oreos & candies while we're there. The building itself is new, so everything is still clean & working as they should. The hours of operations are great! If I had to nitpick, the only caveat I have is the wind in the parking. The doors were left wide open on the 3 occasions we were there, and it creates a wind tunnel in the parking. My husband likes it because it's refreshing after being sweaty from moving. I find the wind too strong.
