Staff was always extremely rude and condescending. Move-in was ok but quickly escalated to poor renting conditions. Customer parking is non existant. Got evicted for breaking some minor rules which I hadn't ever even heard about at any other location. Eviction occured 2 days after paying rent, of course. Way to keep your quota up!

Great way to get storage setup. I did everything online and then used the app to access the building and they had my keys waiting for me!

Access hours are up to 9pm! And they allow self online check in for some units Staff is super kind and friendly. Very helpful

I got a 5x5 unit for 72 dollars which at the time i thought was good. Every month the price would increase. I was paying 95 dollara a month by the time i moved out. I thought that as long as i was in the gate by 9pm i was okay. I got locked inside unable to open the gate until they finally answered the phone at 11pm and finally let me out. The lights are motion detected but are really crappy. I have to walk halfway down the pitch black hallway before the first light comes on. Very creepy. I always felt like someone was standing right next to me when i was in there alone. Plus it was old feeling and dirty. You can have as many spiders is you can handle too.

It's a decent unit, clean. It was a disaster moving in. No person in the office on the day I was supposed to move in. Ended up driving several miles to another public storage to get an access key that didn't work until the manager at my complex came back the next day and fixed it, so I lost the first day and the helper I hired.. Promised a ground floor unit; it's on the fifth floor. Big hassle and money list. Not a great beginning.

I find all the facilities which I need from this place...very easy to deal with excellent service...very clean and easy to put all stuff inside..I will always recommend everyone for their storage needs the place

honestly after looking at the unit, it looked like a 1 bedroom apartment would not fit perfectly but we made it work luckily. We got a 10x5 unit and for sure if we had a sofa and dining table, it would not fit. So the description on the website is a little bit deceiving in our opinion, but at least the place was clean and the manager on site was very helpful and friendly and hooked us up with a fair price. still would recommend but make sure you are aware of the dimensions and have a look physically before making the decision.
