Easy to access with vehicle, dollies are always available for loading and unloading, clean and well lit storage facility, and the manager, Ken is friendly and helpful.

If you must pay money to house the items that can't fit in your house, this it. Dave runs it very well, very clean and he knows everyone by name, everyone! Even the bathroom is spotless :)

Ken was great with the over the phone registration and Judy had everything ready to go when we showed up the next day. Everything was smooth, easy, and very efficient. The facility is very clean and well kept. I would recommend this storage unit location to anyone.

All storage is expensive - good to know that this place is locked, clean and well lit. Staff is courteous and easy to wok with. Even called me when they thought I had forgotten my appointment.

Staff was very helpful and followed up on every thing we spoke about. I had a pretty thorough knowledge of how the process works after a couple contacts. Premises were clean and well lit. Security seemed more than adequate.

Ken at Lake Forest Park/Ballinger Public Storage is terrific! He made everything very clear and even looked over my storage plan to make sure I was getting the correct size unit. He was very thorough, showed me the unit, went over the code to access my unit, and answered any and all of my questions. I have to say his customer service was stellar - best I've had in a long time. Moving can be stressful, and the process of getting my unit really smoothed out my project. I am a happy storage camper!! I highly recommend this location!!

The manager and other staff were very helpful. The cart situation is not so good due to customers abusing them and leaving them where others can't access them. They have just instituted locking them up when customers are done with them so they don't disappear as easily. The last couple of times I was there the bathrooms weren't very well maintained either, but they were at the end of busy days.
