friendly and helpful - easy to deal with

Not happy that my code doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work after store hrs and I have to call and fix it with no time and my card is on auto pay. Plus there are no garbages the bathrooms are locked after store hrs and no carts I had to carry all my stuff to elevator up to the second floor and then all the way down to number 232 not happy about it.

The registration and move setup was easy and the customer service was professional and information about setting up my storage unit was clear and questions were answered professionally.

This was an easy and professional experience and I was impressed by the overall service.

Even though the rooms are offered cheap, they get yiu through the insurance of 20 USD / month l

They had two carts for the whole facility we had To unload a whole truck by hand and carry it to the elevator up to the next floor box by box.

Larry, the facility representative, was straightforward and very helpful. The facility is easy to access with extended access hours. I received a great price which was far less than any local competitor.

I went in to your West Marginal Way facility to upgrade my unit yesterday. Your employee Nick was amazing. He provided EXCELLENT customer service. I mean like the "old days" customer service that is basically non-existent anymore (which is sad). He took care of me and walked me to my new unit to ensure I knew where it was located. He processed the new order and I was on my way in no time at all. The upgrade was painless. Nick needs to be recognized as he is a great face of the company and represents StorQuest very well. I have already told 3 people that need units to come talk to this guy. Great service-great personality..........give him a raise! He is most deserving.

I recently signed up for a unit and the rental process was just as quick and easy as I was hoping for, so far so good!

The place is clean, small management office, doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t usually seem to be very much of a wait. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d say itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a mid size place compared to other storage facilities around. 3 stories high. You get your own gate code, and most of the units are inside the building, I believe there are some ones located outside in the back also but didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get to check. Larry checked me in, and he was a sweetheart. Very reasonable pricing! Very convenient for my move. Really easy to check in, I made an online reservation in about 5 mins or less, and caught a 1 dollar first month move in promotion as well which is nice. & you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to pay 3 months up front for the promotion like you do at some places. Overall Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d definitely recommend!

Just what I was looking for and satisfied my needs.

I was in need of a new storage unit after my previous storage place raised their prices 30% with a months notice. I was able to reserve the new space and see all set up fees prior to going in to sign the paperwork. Larry, the guy at the storage unit, was helpful and knowledgeable. It was easy to set up my account and I love the bright and clean space that the units are in. Even the bathrooms are nice! So thankful to have found this place!
