The office was about the close for the day but my movers weren't ready to move our things in yet. I reserved two units just in case we needed them. It turns out we only needed one. The next morning I called the front desk and explained we never used the second unit and it's emply. There was no refund and I have to pay the whole month for nothing. Very disapointing

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s covered. There used to be ample parking, until they started keeping uHaul trucks there. Often you will find someone has blocked the entrance with their car in order to go to the post office. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s zero street parking. And the cost is ridiculous. Goes up $20 per month every year. Also, when you move out they expect 30 days notice, like an apartment. If you can afford it & have a smaller vehicle, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s fine.

A clean and secure self-storage facility near the heart of Columbia City. I moved from another facility due to an excellent promotional price, and they provided great customer service - except: when I arrived to check in, the first month's rent was higher than advertised. It took showing my emailed confirmation and a call to the manager to get the advertised price, but in the end, they honored it and the rest of the check in service was top notch.

They worked with me over the phone while I was in another state to set up a unit, receive a delivery from a moving company, and even transfer units same day all with no hassle. I couldn't be happier with their service, and the prices seem pretty competitive too.
