I was greeted by a young man named Mick with a big smile on his face.. he was very welcoming, helpful and polite. Beings that I am a former assistant manager for a storage company I can tell you that you have an excellent employee who knows his shit... He is amazing with customer relations and service... He was helpful and on point with everything and did his job wonderfully.... This young man is a damn good employee and he deserves a raise for being so awesome at his job.... Mick thank you so much. Great service great value easy and no hassle The staff was super friendly the facility is very clean plenty of loading doors and carts makes it super easy to get my goods in and out. I like the fact that the doors to the units have individual alarms made me feel like my stuff would be safe
