I was able to book property with relatively short notice. The staff was helpful and the property seemed well maintained. My only frustration was not being allowed to have a Pod delivered overnight. I had to pay extra for a moving company.

Manager was helpful and made renting two 10x15 storage rooms very easy. The facility very clean and well laid out with units easily accessible.

They offered a larger type unit I was in need to hold a whole tractor trailer of my family and my goods!

They donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make you go through the whole speech if you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to, they listen and donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t hide anything.

The fella working the desk was very helpful.

Stan was very helpful. Originally I selected a 10 x 15 indoor climate control unit. I realized it would be too small, we switched to a 10 x 20, which is much better! Stan and Janice from you 57th location, were both very helpful in making the change. I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs storage. I am Grateful for their expertise in storage solutions.

Stan the manager was extremely helpful getting a much needed large space for me for my motor home. He called me the instant one was available. Paperwork took about 10 minutes. Facility is clean, clean, clean. No garbage or refuse anywhere, just clean pavement and asphalt. Better layout than others I have rented in for maneuvering my big unit in. Lots of back and forth on other storage places. This is a locked facility with very ample hours to get in and out with your code. Gotta repeat, the manager goes out of his way to help and is very sociable and friendly.

I needed to find a storage unit before the week was up when my lease was ending. The manager was very friendly on the phone and the application process is pretty quick. Keep in mind that if you are booking a unit here there is the $25 admin fee, as low as $13/month for a protection plan, and $16.32 after tax for the disk lock if you don't have one. I got the unit using a 50% off for the first three months.

Went in to secure storage for a variety of things on a Saturday. Within a half hour, we had a unit and were on our way. Very quick and competent service along with a clean facility.

The day I needed a storage unit the mgr was not on the property. I was still able to rent a storage unit thanks to Janis from South hill mini storage.janis was very helpful and went above and beyond. She made sure that I got the unit that i needed.

I love my storage space at About Space. It's easy to get in and out even with the long hours that I work. I always feel safe and i know my treasures are safe in this facility. In the winter the area is always cleared of snow, and the rest of the year the entire area is clean and well-maintained. The staff is the best. Always helpful, friendly, and they know the answers. I shopped around based on a location close to me and price. About Space came out at the top of the list for both.

Daughter examined site and said it is great. Have paid for use, but furnishing will not arrive for another week.

I checked out all of the storage unit facilities in and around the South Hill. By far they were the best deal especially with the discount for online sign up. The manager was so responsive and helpful. About Space has very clean grounds and facility, isles between the buildings is very spacious and accessable and they have so many different sizes of units to choose from. I wish all of my storage rental experiences were like this one. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Great Fast friendly and clean nice people that go back again

I was delighted with the customer service when I was registering to get my storage space. I feel confident that my items will be secure and the grounds were very well maintained!

I was told the space was $79 but when I got there it was $87 $13 insurance!
