The online reservation was fast and easy. We were in another town packing up my stuff, and decided that a storage unit to sort my belongings would be best. It was so easy to rent it online. They had everything ready for us when I got there, and I was able to find my unit easily with the directions.

Rented the unit online. Filling out the forms was straight forward. Received my unit location and gate code within a minute of submitting the form. Easily navigates a large U-Haul through the property. The $20 lock seemed like a rip off, but it's a barrel lock which means someone with a bolt cutter cannot just come in and cut the lock. Ended up losing my key to the lock on the first day somehow. They employee on staff was able to drill out my lock after verifying it was my unit. Would recommend.
