I found this place online and selected it because it seemed to have the best price. I completed most of the application process online and signed my contracts online. After speaking to Andrew, who was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Because this facility is on two sides of the street, You definitely need to locate your unit on the map before you visit. Otherwise, once I got into the gate,it was very easy to find and the facility is super neat and clean all the way around. Be aware that price quoted online does not include insurance. I was charged an additional $16 a month for renter's insurance. I think there are ways to get around this charge, but I'm not sure. I think I will check if my homeowner's insurance will cover it.

Checked all the storage facilities on the south hill in Spokane and extra space provided the best storage facilities. Sandy and Dee were very helpful with top-notch customer service. Pricing was very competitive and move in special was a bonus.

I found the storage facility to be clean and well kept, the staff was amazing and waited in bad weather for me to get there as my schedule was packed. The process was easy and quick and we were done with time to spare. The price is a great deal for just a couple of months. I will definitely use this place in the future.
