I needed somewhere to put my belongings and they were open it's 24 hours and they are really helpful when needed

Made a web reservation, everything was clear and as promised online... the manager explained the layout/rules, answered my questions, set up autopay, walked me through my first pass in and out of the gate, and took me to my clean and well-positioned storage unit. Definitely worth the money, can recommend it so far!

Getting paperwork done for the unit was super fast. Having 24/7 access is one of its best attributes.

This place is great. Friendly staff and easy to use 24-hour access keypad. Took only 15-20 mins to signup and get moving in.

Not what we expected. Had to back our camper around another vehicle into a snowy parking spot. We assumed weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d be able to back straight in and that spot would be clear of snow.

Jack, manager, was so cheerful, helpfpul--didn't just stand in the office, but walked the distance to our unit to guide our large truck in--answered questions kindly and succinctly and made us feel secure.

i was put off with barefoot i was given the wrong directions and a wrong phone number by barefoot i thought grrrrrrrrrrrr%^&^&*^&*(&*()*()_*()_)__ but i give the staff at skyview a 10 they are a little out of the way but give you a free lock, no admin fee, they do charge a 20 deposit which is refunded if you keep your storage space clean. they are very nice and instead of a 5 by 5 i was given a 5 by 5 with a extra 3 foot. they have cameras like fort knox all over and security. to i give them ten stars and the staff were very friendly and professional. they were the cheapest price i could find. i will say barefoot did help me but given me the wrong directions just isnt cool plus i called back and they never returned my call. and when i asked jack the manager about the security he said some times at night he walks the property with a shot gun and a big dog.how cool is that

I guess the issue we had is the wrong unit was unlocked and the night we went to load the unit we could not. We did not know of the emergency number and lost not only a day of putting stuff away but had to pay for uhaul another day. It cost us an additional 40.00. The guy would only take off 20.00 for his mistake. Just disappointed.

I walked in was greeted very friendly by a woman named, Erica. She took me through the process and the paperwork very productively, had a good attitude and patience! We walked outside and practiced putting my code in and she walked me, to show me where my unit was. I checked my unit out to see if it was the right one for me and we closed the door and put the lock on it. We walked back around to the entrance and the whole time she had this welcoming smile on her face that made you feel comfortable, like you were at home!!

Great Service, even waited late for us.
