Good place to store things with great customer service and pricing

Office staff is great here! They made it easy. Space was clean and nicely maintained.

Nice place some of your staff could use a little smiling but maybe it's just a personality difference.

Least expensive in town for what I need. Gracious office staff gave me a super accessible unit. Was swept and new lock inside. Great directions with a warm friendly smile.

I was so grateful to the staff for helping me find an alternate space just a little bigger than the one I had reserved. They went over and above to accommodate my last minute need for more square footage. The monthly price is a bit high, but the location is really good for my needs. when I outgrew the size of the slot. I got online reserved another close to mine. When I got there, I did the paperwork and was good to go, that simple.

Good experience, except they have required we use their $21 a month insurance even if we have our own, which it better coverage for less than their $21 for $3000 coverage . Not pleased with this at all!!!

She stayed late on a Friday evening before a holiday weekend to help us move in on a short notice and ensured that we knew all of our options available! She ensured that our needs were met! At around 10 oﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢clock at night long after the office was closed she not only responded to our voicemail right away but she called us back to ensure we located our unit and made sure that we had got all moved in as planned!! It was quite a pleasant surprise that everything went so smooth. Helpful and knowledgeable. My one and only issue would be that I was required to use one of those disk locks after I had already purchased a new lock.

It was a littleConfusing at first because the original facility we had the rental at was closed.When we called the phone number we were directed to go to another facility that was a sister facility. The person that helped us with our check in process was very helpful and knowledgeable. It wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been nice if there was better snow removal on the facility.

I have never gotten a storage unit before so I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what I was doing. The gal in the front office was very kind and informative and super sweet to my toddler. A+ customer service. I highly recommend them for your storage needs!

Very helpful and honest. Price was just a bit cheaper than other storage places. The unit I rented was clean and easy to get to. It's nice to drive up to. I liked being able to reserve a unit online before arriving.

The pricing for rental units is average in that they are all pretty expensive for what you get. But if you need the extra space, what are you going to do?

The property manager was very friendly and helpful and got me a storage unit right away. The prices are reasonable and the storage units are clean. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a security fence around the storage units and you can access it even late into the evening with your code which is convenient. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or anybody thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s looking for a storage unit facility

A great location and reasonable spaces. Great customer service with Janice. The only “complaint” I might say is that online pricing was not honored on site. They had just changed it that morning and the system wouldn’t allow her to give us the discounts we anticipated. Other than, it was an overall great experience.

Nice facility. New trainee checked us in to two units. Paperwork was ridiculous and took FOREVER. Units nice & clean. Secure. Rolling doors could use some lube.
