Our biggest issue with them was when we tried to move in, the storage unit was locked so we couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t move in the night we were supposed to. This ended up costing us an extra $60 or so because we were using a UHaul. However, I think that this was just a training issue (the individual who helped me during office hours forgot to go unlock the unit) and not systemic.

I was not able to find a storage unit in thr Spokane area until I found Keylock Storage. I showed up 10 minutes early and the gal was sweet enough to open early and help me. She could tell I was very stressed and went above and beyond to help make the move in easy and fast. I highly recommend this place for any a storage needs.

Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Explained the registration process very well, which was conducted efficiently. Unit was clean and dry. Ready access to unit with reasonable maneuvering room. Staff ensured access to and from unit was understood and provided route recommendations to ensure best possible access and egress by truck.

Over priced! Tiny isles and confusing setup of the units. Very unorganized looked and there are so many units in a such a small space it makes it overwhelming. This facility requires you to have payments taken from your bank. Read your contract before you sign!! Hidden fees that arent pointed out until after you sign your contract. You get fined $50 for smoking a cigarette on the property! Your also not allowed to go inside your unit and pull down the door at all. Part of the contract in small print that their cameras have to be able to see inside your unit while your at your unit or they can terminate your contract. Will not be doing business here ever again!
