Easy process and good price! Better than other storages in the area! Staff is awesome! Very clean! Already told family about this place!

I like how easy it is to get around in there storage area. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been to others that are pretty tight to move around in with my large truck but this facility is great

We showed up for one unit and ended up going with another unit instead. The gentleman who helped us showed us around and was very courteous. Told us our price is guaranteed locked in for a year so no worries if price jumping any time soon.

Clean with great access and hours. Feel safe and secure.

We decided to go with this storage place because it is not far from JBLM and was a MUCH better price than the other units I had looked at elsewhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they also offer a military discount! I was also impressed with how secure the location is.

I was planning a move within 35 days. I needed a storage unit within 24 hours and called Sparefoot. I was referred to Century 21 Self Storage. Everyone was welcoming, and very helpful. I would recommend this storage unit to anyone who asked, friends and family as well.

Century 21 has amazing customer service, the young man who helped me was so calm, and very helpful and attentive finding me what i needed for my upcoming move. . Everyone knows how stressful that can be. Century 21 helped take some of that stress away. .Their pricing is also very reasonable and won't break the bank. .it's hard to find a good priced place to store your belongings and saving up the money you need for your new home. .Thank you Century 21!

Was in and out in about 20 minutes including a tour of my storage cubicle. I'm a first time storage user. Staff was very nice and I came away thinking this was going to be a great experience.

I needed a storage unit last minute and used the online reservations system to make my selection for a move-in date of less than a week. The friendly staff was super helpful in assisting me and making sure all my needs were met - via email and in person.

This facility has normal units in a normal building and then it has a row of temporary structure that looks like the roof is made of plastic, the man that went over paperwork gave me some advise before he headed back to his office, "these units aren't climate controlled and if you plan to have this unit when the rainy season hits you might want to wrap everything in plastic." I was already clued in by the patch jobs of duct tape on the ceiling. We only plan on needing a storage unit for the summer. NO WAY am I leaving my belongings in that unit during fall season in the PNW.
