Has some very good prices and gate hours are better than a lot. But is decently old looking/well used units. Office hours could be a bit better for those who work 9-5....

The 10x10 storage was $149 00 to start now its up to $230.00 a month the rent goes up every 6 months or sooner. Would not recommend this place to no one!

We had reservations at "Express Storage" and when we got there the desk person wouldn't let our moving truck in the gate. There was only one 10x10 unit left and it was over a block from the front gate. Even though our mover said he could get the truck near the unit, the woman would not let us in. They also had told us they'd have a lock to buy and they had none. The woman at the desk told us to go up Orchard St. to find another storage place. Meanwhile, we are paying by the hour for the movers! We went to Orchard Street Self Storage and were immediately greeted by Ms. Solitaire who not only sympathized with our situation, but got us the unit we needed and we and the movers went straight to it. She showed us how to use the lock we bought from her and gave us the code to use the facility. She also matched the 50% off first 2 months price we we were offered from Express. We're so happy with Orchard Street Storage!!

Orchard Express Storage was very easy to locate online and physically very easy to navigate to the location. Online I was able to navigate the website for the information When I called to see if they can accommodate me where as what I needed was last minute, the staff was more than willing and able and friendly and very knowledgeable about what I needed and got me into a unit. Upon arriving at Orchard Express Storage I wasn't surprised to find a very clean and secure facility. Speaking to the staff, there were no surprises as far as what we spoke about over the phone. I'm happy to say that I am comfortable where my personal belongings are being held and I am confident to say that Orchard Express Storage will be my go to in the future. I think the prices for units is a bit high but in their defense so was everyone else i checked out. However express storage has great staff members good security in place to make me feel comfortable enough to keep my belonings there, so i guess overall i am satisfied with my choice to put my belongings at their facilities.

The prices are low and the quality is high. I've rented a few storage spaces over the last 4 years and this facility is the best. Its refreshing to find one that doesn't have that musky basement smell. Insurance is reasonably priced as well. The location is easily accessible from I-5, S Tacoma Way, Pacific Hwy., and Bridgeport Way. Highly recommended.

Friendly and moderately priced well below the competition. Fred made a rough time for me very comfortable. I had just lost my house to the bank and he was considerate and helpful in a trying time. I recommend this storage facility with praise. Fred also lives on site which gave me added assurance that my things would be safe.

It was a great experience. I under estimated the amount of space I needed but didn't realize until the paperwork and everything was complete. Fred had no issues getting me into a larger unit and allowed me to start the unloading process while he worked on the paperwork for the new unit. He was very efficient and pleasant to deal with.
