Excellent location for my needs. Very accessable and clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is my second time renting with orchard street self storage, no one could beat their prices either time around. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, quick and straightforward. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage.

I was lucky to get one of their last rv storage spots. The pull thru ones sound like they have a five year waiting list, so just happy to have a nice sized spot. Shannon showed us the spot a few days before we moved in, was so helpful in answering all of my silly questions. I love the rules they have so everybody has nice camper, rv and trailers there and don't have to worry about it being "anything goes". The paperwork on the weekend was filled out with a friendly staff member outside in downpour and he never stopped being nice! I think my rate is very fair and according to Shannon most of their rv clients stay there for years and years. I'd recommend this company.

Extremely friendly, helpful, and timely. Even with an auction on-going, very professional and personable. Unit and premises were clean, and unit was easy to find. Additionally, they have a truck available to assist with moving in. Security and locks are on par.

Amazing customer service!

Move in was quick and easy, took less than 15 minutes. The manager was awesome! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property has lots of security measures and the unit was clean and as described. The use of a free truck was also very helpful! I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for temporary or long term storage.

Karen was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Even though they've never had someone move in with ABF UPack cubes, she helped me figure out if it would work in their facility. And since our unit is rather far away from our cubes, she's even letting us use their truck for an extended time on the property to help us move in.

So far I have had a completely positive experience. Customer service has been great by two different employees. By making my reservation with spare foot I was able to get one month free with my AAA membership. I was also able to use Orchard Street Self Storage's moving truck for free, so I was able to make my move in one trip, rather than 3 pick up truck loads. My unit was clean, all systems worked and seemed to be well thought out. I would definitely recommend this place.

They offer many different options for storage, with great pricing! Very friendly staff, who greeted me with a smile. Exactly what I needed, would highly recommend.

It's been great so far - just wish it was a little closer to our house, but it's not too terribly far, and worth the drive.

Overall everything was great the only hiccup was trying to do the online reservation to get the online promotion. Karin the manager did a fantastic job to call on my behalf to make sure I would get it.

Good unit I wish that the bottom units were priced the same as the top a person like me with disabilities gets hard with the stairs.

Reasonable storage at a reasonable price. Slow on paperwork because manager was multi-tasking, but very friendly. Free use of truck is a good perk.

I got a court order granting me to be able to relocate back to Texas and needed to store my stuff RIGHT AWAY!!! They were helpful and got me a unit right away at a GREAT DEAL!!!
