Kathy at the Gig Harbor Public Storage facility made my experience excellent. She really cares and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with their storage space, and if their not, she does her best to switch them to another space. I trust Kathy and that means that I trust Public Storage.

This was my first time getting a rental space and the ladies assisting me were amazing. They made everything easy to understand.Quick and helpful not only was I helped by the staff on hand, her off duty coworker also helped explain things. I do believe their names were Shayna and the other was Elizabeth. They no doubt made me feel as if I made the best decision in obtain the unit I did.

Ideal location, price was a little higher than expected, zero discounts for active duty military families forced to relocate, and they make you purchase insurance on top of their rates. At least its secure.

My wife and I were recently in need of a large storage space and we turned to Public Storage as we have in the past. We were met by Liz and Anna at the Gig Harbor, WA facility. Although they were not able to provide us with the specific size of storage space we needed, they did everything humanly possible to search for other facilities that could accommodate our needs. We were both very impressed with their customer service and follow-up calls to make sure our needs had been met. If everyone in customer service provided the help that Liz and Anna provided, life would go much smoother for everyone.
