Was concerned of course during a Pandemic that I would find what I needed and feel comfortable with during these strange times. Set up everything online quick and easy, met at the facility where they had the office set up for safe distancing and limited physical requirements. Was a safe and secure move in and the facility kept communication simple and easy through text and email. Very professionally done.

I give you a 4 because the staff was good and on it, but my door and lock is broken and she explained takes a lot to get fixed, so my belongings are in there, not sure when door will open or if I can lock, but over all I had a good experience.

Wendy working there was able to solve a problem. I reserved online weeks in advance a 5x 10 unit drive up. It was double booked. And the one I was told was reserved was given away. So I had to take a hall way one. I ended up going with a 5x15 instead. Was a perfect t fit for storing the ex husband's belongings till divorce final. The price was even cheaper. I was very pleased by her customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable. And very understanding of the situation I am in. Wendy was outstanding. I would recommend this storage unit company to my friends. 2nd time I've rented from this location.

We had great help from Wendy. The site is very small and a little tricky to navigate.

I love public storage although I can't wait until the hours on the facility go back to regular but I'm still impressed

Kevin was great. He was very thorough and considerate of my needs. He made everything simple and yet effective. My hats off to him.

Tay is awesome. Clean grounds. Well secured. Good hours.

It was mostly a good experience, except for the fact that someone gave away my storage unit the day before my move in...which I had made a reservation for. They ended up giving me another unit that was down for maintenance, because the door was very difficult to open. As someone who works in management myself, I feel that you need to amend the policy of giving away units that have already been reserved. I would rather have put down a deposit to secure the unit, than show up and not have it available. It worked out okay, because I had a strong maintenance guy who could get the door open, but the policy is flawed.

I truly had the BEST customer service ever. I got lucky because I've had bad experiences, however Tay from the location on Bridgeport was so very helpful! She was friendly, showed me my options and even brought things to my attention for packing that I hadn't even thought about. For an expanse, I never thought to use separators for my glassware, a cover for my mattress or even this little pod that traps all moisture. This was first storage so I had never really thought about packing. My overall experience was really great. I'm glad I chose them.

I like their customef service. They are secure and that's an added piece of mind for me :-) the only negatives for me were the charges they don't tell you over the phone and location of my unit:( other than that I'd always use Public Storage for all my needs....now and in the future!
