Great service! Reserved a unit online, and in two days came in and filled out all the paper work and viola! Storage unit rented!! So easy!

The smell alone is terrible but that with the combination of rodents is a real issue. We only need the place for a few weeks but we are laying traps and poison daily. its disgusting.

having to go in to office to remove insurance (I have usaa), especially with corona virus makes no sense and is not customer correct in these times. I am 75 with health problems!

Definitely could have been better. When you first drive up there is a pressure plate you drive on that automatically opens the gate for anyone that drives up. You don't need a code to get into the storage facility. You do need a code to get out. So it's free to come in and steal my stuff it's just difficult to get away. Even easier to get to my stuff considering I don't have a real door on my storage unit. It is merely a piece of plywood. During heavy rain water runs in under the doorways to the storage units. I prepaid for 2 months not realizing any of this. As soon as my time is over I am taking all of my stuff out.
