Great place to store items , decent prices

I've had a great experience at the Public Storage, 11007 A St., Tacoma, WA. The people in the office have been courteous and understanding with the requirements of my moving company. They went out of their way when they did not have to and I truly appreciate it. Pay on time and you have no issues.

Pros: Fair price, convenient location... Cons:Mouse droppings in my unit. Limited access makes it frustrating when trying to unload/load.. which is especially not good when your moving out of state.

The place was clean and very secure. They had exactly what I needed. And the manager Stephanie made me feel very comfortable and made the process so easy and quick!

This place is ideal for what I need to be able to get in and out of. Very friendly staff and easy to deal with.

Everything went smooth from me arriving late to getting our storage. She was really helpful with giving us information we needed for our storage unit to making sure we have all the necessary documents to access our unit and time we can and can not. So everything was awesome and great so thank you.

Helpful.... from walking in to helping us get set up and getting things moved in..... Belinda answered every question and getting us the right storage unit, right locks and the right price.... one I could afford for this big move. Thank YOU For All YOUR Help and Patience.

I give David 5 stars on his customer service he was very understanding and patient. I recommend going to him if you need help with anything so far he is my favorite.

The process of setting up a storage space for our RV was painless. Jazz was informative, helpful, and very professional. She went over all the info, answered my questions, and made me feel like a real VIP.

I was going to lease an outside space but the bums in the area pretty much eliminated that possibility. There is a public trail near this location and there is a bum camp setup right on the trail when I came through. Further, just down the road is a makeshift bum RV campground. For those reasons, I did not feel like the outside storage at this location was secure. A taller perimeter fence with antipersonnel measures at its top would be helpful.

Good place to store your valuables. Employees are the best in the world. The manager is very good. She knows what is going on. I like storing my valuables here again thanks Marty.

I came in with a coupon for a dollars first months rent but had complications. Jazz and josh went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and figured out how to honor it. Jazz Had wonderful customer service was very helpful and patient with me.

I was pleased with the storage facility security and ease of access on my initial visit 31March. The 50% deduction on the first month rent was nice. The only issue I had was having to pay an extra five dollars and some cents because I stopped in on the last day of the month. It was in the late afternoon and I was in the area. Had reserved the storage unit online. Jennifer ignored my request to remove the prorated charge for one day in March. Her response was for me to come back the next day and do the paperwork. Seemed a bit petty and I tired of the debate. She got my money.........
