I easily reserved my unit online in advance and filled out all the paperwork. The unit is exactly as described and a fair price for the size when I compared other storage units with the same amenities (temp controlled, gaited entrance, etc) The best part was the very helpful manager on duty, Theresa, who made sure I had everything I needed in a quick and kind manner. She helped us locate our unit and ensured we were comfortable with our unit and lock. Appreciate her kind and helpful personality!

I hate that they force you to buy the special lock for $20. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s ridiculous.

Clean area around the building. My unit was prepared for my move in. Key's We're ready to buy. Woman was prepared to collect fee's & she answered all Question I had. They only let one person at a time in.

Didn't have the size i need, but i got the largest one available, with a super easy location. Price is quite a bit higher than what i paid in Philadelphia so that's a big minus. Other than that, pretty good. A solid 4/5.

Public Storage rented a unit to us prior to closing after a different storage company accepted our reservation and rented it out without notifying us. Public Storage saved the day & has excellent customer service. We are grateful & appreciative customers.

While getting situated with my storage unit the gentleman helping me was absolutely amazing! I believe his name was Stephen but that was a month ago now and I can't remember for sure. Everyone working was extremely polite and friendly and I was very well taken care of.

Besides the facility being old and rundown looking, the people are nice and professional.

I checked what the cost would be before going to the storage place, and not only did not get the advertised specials, but ended up paying over twice what was advertised without the "move-in" special. On top of being told I was REQUIRED to buy one of the round locks, then seeing non-round locks on other units.

Chris was fantastic! Which made the whole process smooth! I felt like I became a part of an extended family.

I choose your facility because of the proximity to my home. your man Chris! is fantastic. exceptionally personable, assess my needs quickly. Made me feel like my property would be secure and easily accessible. my only complaint is that the adjacent units smell of animal urine. your facility will be my continued goto storage place. and recommended any time of need.
