The employee that came in and greated us was really nice and even whent looking for us when we whernt at the right unit and directed us to our unit do thanks

Front desk was wonderful and very friendly. Front desk was also very helpful when I had questions. Very clean storage facility. Overall great experience. Would recommend to other people.

I'm very glad I didn't send this right away because I can add info. The reservation went ok. The move in staff was helpful. I git a reduce rate fir the 1rst month starting oct.26th. I paid my $16.40 on the 26th and 2 hrs later I received a lien notice and $20 late fee for not paying by the 24th. This isn't fair and I'm livid. I called the local office and said they called me. They didn't leave a message. This is a business and they are adults and have no excuse for not leaving voicemail. I will be moving into another storage as soon as I can.

Its clean and easy to access the gate. Lots of room.

When I first rented space it was 59 $ per month. They have steadily increased my rent every few months and now my space costs me $133 for indoor unit. Not sure how that stacks up to other storage places

This is my second Store room at this location. Brian was fantastic and helped get everything set up. Room was clean and well lit. Security was noted.

Great customer service. Walked in and was helped immediately. Friendly and informative staff. They offered to show a couple units to get an idea of size and was able to reserve and get set up same day.

Ms. Tam, the property manager for unit we rented from, was extraordinary. She was very helpful during all steps of the process. She was polite, respectful, personable, and willing to ensure we got everything we needed for the best price possible.

Not a bad experience over all kind of pricey the staff is friendly and informative if i were to recommend anything is they need more dolly carts to help move ive gone to bring things to storage like 7 times moving and my unit is and the middle of the building and not too convenient having one cart that i can never find cause theres only one per building

Very good service quick polite and clean

I have encountered very helpful friendly people at my facility on Orchard. The two comments that I would like to make are: The door chain on my building is gone and it is very difficult to enter with your hands full if you are by yourself. And, carts are only available until 6pm. I witnessed a small child and a mother trying to downsize to another locker and they had to turn in their cart way before they were fininshed. If people work during the day, 6pm is not enough time to work with, even if you are open on the weekend. I work on the weekends as well and it would be helpful to have a cart in the evening.
