I have stored my boat here in the past. I am a bit disappointed at the automation part (no one behind a counter to deal with), but the people who do work there are nice and helpful.

We came a little late used the kiosk to get what we needed. The live help was very helpful and she took care of everything.

Decent space for the money ( speaking relatively of course) clean and functional site layout. No need to go in the office just do it all online... they toss your lock in the unit and give you access credentials and done deal.

This place is very clean and secure.

I am very pleased with my experience from the day I came in to pay for my unit, Dee was very informative and helpful and made sure that I was getting the best for my money I appreciate the time she gave me and was payient as we went through the process

This Public Storage on S. Mildred is great. I enjoyed working with both the women there, they were funny and helpful, as well as extremely knowledgeable.

I was pleased with the process and that I could rent a unit in the correct size for my needs. I had a very difficult time locating and available unit in my area. I liked that the location I rented at had a drive-up unit which was so convenient. I enjoyed working with the property manager. I found Erica to be extremely competent and friendly. I would recommend anyone to use this Public Storage location.

I was having a problem finding a storage unit close to my home. The first two I stopped at were full and expressed no interest in contacting me if anything opened up. The 3rd time was the charm. I stopped in to the Public Storage on Mildred Ave. and spoke with Dee. She's the hot chick with auburn red hair. She said they were full up too, but she didn't leave me hanging like the other places. She made some calls and was able determine that a unit would be opening up within the week. And she followed through on her promise to call me back. This facility is in a great location, easy access to and from Rt. 16 and N. Pearl St. And there are other people working there that are just as nice as Dee - really.

Rarely these days do I seem to run across competent people in service industries--this view was set on its head from the moment I walked into my local Public Storage. Liz acknowledged me immediately even though she was busily waiting on another customer. As soon as that transaction finished she thanked me for my patience and proceeded to walk this storage newbie through the steps, answering each of my questions with patience as if she probably didn't answer the same ones several times a day. She made my decision to store my goods there go smoothly, making sure I understood the code, walking me through it to be sure, walking me to the unit and having me use the lock to open and close the door so I knew exactly how to do it. Thanks for employing people a very large cut above the usual!

I traveled from CA to help my son move and from the initial call I knew I had chosen the best place for storage. They were helpful, patient and courteous. Thanks for employing great employee's.

We loved our rental experience. Dee was really friendly and patient as I needed help - more than most - with remembering all the gate and door codes! I'm a pro now and appreciate all the levels of security. I only wish our unit was lit as we have files to work on from time-to-time.
