I had reserved a unit on line, later finding out it was rented to someone that came on site. They were very apologetic and helpful in getting me into the only on they had left that was available at the same price. Paper work was very fast and they were very professional, pleasent, and considerate to my need. Very pleased.

Frank was very helpful and got me setup quickly.

I don't often leave reviews, but I feel as if I need to warn honest people that may be looking for a secure place to store there belongings. This place is not at all secure. My unit has been robbed twice in a two year period. There is a fence with a gate that is open all day long. Anyone can come in at anytime without being recorded by security cameras. You may have a nice strong lock, but it is connected to a flimsy eye bolt that can be bent open with a screwdriver. I lost some items that were very import and to me, I'm very disappointed in Stor-Eze for their lack of commitment to security. The onsite managers are very hard working people but they can't watch the place 24 hrs a day. The owner of the facility needs to step up and invest in a security gate and a camera system.
