Summit Heated Self Storage

I was originally scheduled at a different self storage company. When I arrived on my move in day they were closed. I could not get in touch with anyone. I called Summit Storage and was able to get a storage unit right away. Customer service is exceptional here.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m extremely happy with the service and friendliness of the employees. I would recommend Summit to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I have used this facility now for a year. During which, I've moved from WA to Idaho, and now am getting ready to come clean my unit out soon to move from Idaho to Kentucky. During this year, I've gone through the MOST and the staff and owners of Summit have ALWAYS been helpful, understanding and patient. I have never come across such great business practices such as the ones these amazing people operate on. Would never recommend any other storage facility in the Pierce County area other than this one! Hands down the best there is.

I arrived later in the evening and even though the office manager was on her way out the door and the office was closed, she still walked me to BOTH my units and showed me how to punch in my codes and was extremely pleasant and above excellent in her helpfulness. I feel awful that I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t remember her name, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll edit this review once I find it in my stacks of paper(my office is a mess) to include her name. And if I can edit it, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll write an entirely new review that definitely mention, her.

Wonderful People work here. I was checked into my storage space quickly and at a Great Rate.

I highly recommend summit heater storage and I've seen a lot of storage facilities in my day as an auction buyer of abandoned units. Some are really dirty and infested with vermin but this place is clean as a whistle. When my dad recently died and I needed to store much of his estate , I rented a big unit at this facility for my dad's precious antiques and family heirlooms. I knew they would be safe and sound. Thank you.

Rachael is who helped me and I went in pretty close to closing time. She was absolutely exceptional and stayed late even so she could show me where the unit was and everything. Very clean place, there was a gentleman playing the guitar down the hall from my unit- but, I thought it was fantastic, as I tend to appreciate things of this sort anyways.

Very happy with the unit the price and how clean it is. Management is very nice and Friendly!

I looked at one unit and they told me they had to clean it, it looked pretty darn clean to me!! The one I got a week later was so clean you could smell it! It took a lot longer for the paperwork than anticipated, but overall, so far so good!!

The staff is friendly and very helpful. It's clean n easily accessable with their hours open n the location. I would n have highly recommended Summit Heated Self Storage to anyone needing a storage unit.

Covered loading dock is awesome! Code activated gates and elevators are great security features. Lots of surveillance cameras on site for even more added security to ensure your goods safety! The definite deal sealers for me choosing them for my storage needs was the fact that the facility is heated and the pricing was way lower than the competition!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable! They are super clean and secure! I highly recommend them!

Interior upstairs unit but clean and secure with big elevators and carts. Wish we had drive up, but they didn't come in 10x10...

The woman at the front desk made sure I knew everything before handing everything over and was very kind and friendly. When you are on the 2 or third floor itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really nice since they have elevators and trolleys that help you move your stuff. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s also very secure because you have to enter your code multiple times and a key before you get into your stuff.

I would highly recommend this facility. I did my research & this is by far the best in the area. It is clean, organized, secure & well-lit. It was easy to reserve on-line & when I got there, there were no surprises or "hidden fees." Leanne is very professional. She was informative & answered all my questions. I felt comfortable & welcomed. Great experience.
