Great customer service... Always available carts. Elevator will not let you off on any floor but where your unit is located, great security. So far happy with my choice.

Brandon was so patient and helpful, I was having a crazy day trying to move in, I was forgetting everything and not once did he appeared bothered and even went outta his way to give me professional advice in handling my situation with storages.. he was definitely a breath of fresh air!! And I can't forget Chris, when I came in to pay my bill, I dint understand a couple charges on it and he was genuinely patient as he went thru it with me to make sure I understood it, I dint even have to ask questions, I wish more people had their quality of customer service. Oh ya and the storages were nice, clean, great price.

It is a huge plus to have such a nice person at your front desk. Also, when I first went there a week ago, a substitute named Amanda was in the office. She was also very helpful and friendly.

From the moment I reserved the unit online to moving in went very smoothly. The units are clean , well lite, reasonably priced. But the lady at the deck was AWESOME!!! I had just finished a 14 hr shift at work was very tired She explained everything she showed me several units to pick from she even had this incredible candle burning in the office she deserves a raise .

Helpful staff. Easy code access. Facility access hours are good! 1/2 priced rent good for 2 months - prices after that are very high. Facility design challenges: 2nd floor entry is small and difficult to navigate with curbs & corners. Carts are awkward. Halls are narrow and make moving bigger items difficult. Had two units & was charged admin fee twice. Watch for hidden fees.

This is a beautiful new facility in a convenient location. Having a uHaul at the same location makes it even better. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It just doesn't get any better than this.

This place was actually not my first choice, but closer to my price budget, and I am so glad it was because the girl who manages the place is EVERYTHING. You donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t often see people these days, bothering to be friendly or even very helpful, but Schyler was both. I was a bit distracted with some stuff going on and actually wound up asking some really stupid questions, but she was quick to give me all the answers and treat me with kindness, decency and respect. Plus, she was super nice and funny. As for the rest of the facility I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t really have too much to say about locked boxes- since they basically are the same anywhere you go, but you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get great customer service like this everywhere.
