I've always had clear instructions as to what to expect. Getting in and out of the storage units and ground is secure and uncomplicated. I would rate this as a high-end storage facility at an affordable price.

Storage Minder was very personable- while working with newly implemented social distancing procedures. Price certainly an issue in regards to reasonable value; such is often the case within the context of profit driven freedoms. The location weighed in (with extensive price checking). The confidence and capable attendance of the on-duty manager nudged me into depositing household memories

For the most part, storage companies all provide the same basic service. Choosing one is mostly based on price and location. But if you have a choice of several with convenient locations, and the price is competitive, you should definitely consider Public Storage. We are at the Salmon Creek facility. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The units are well maintained and clean. There is enough room to maneuver a car or truck, and the hallways are well lit. The area seems secure. The only improvement I would suggest is better lighting inside each storage unit. But that is true of most places I have used in the past.

Not only was the two facilities clean when I went into the office area but both Cindy and Rene were very friendly. Cindy told me there was another Public Storage in the area that had a 1/2 off first months rent and sent me over there. Rene let me see how big her units were and let me pick what I needed. Paperwork was done quickly and explained to me. I often look at people to see how much they know about their job because I am a property manager and I have to explain tenants leases to them. Rene knew what she was talking about without looking at the paperwork. Thank You for being kind to me.

I went to Public storage to rent a certain sized unit. The sales person sent my business away (to another Public Storage) to get me the best deal and to accommodate my needs. I was so happy that she cared more about my needs and my pocketbook than her needs to fill her space. Yeah Public Storage for putting your customers first.

When I was looking for a storage space I selected the Public Storage because of several reasons. First is the location of the storage, where it was conveniently located near the access to the freeway and it was less than 5 minutes from our house. Second reason is the price which is $1.00 the first month and it is in a month to month lease. When we look at the storage area, I was satisfied how secure and clean the storage space.
