Did my reservation and everything online got there and was so easy move in

There are no directions inside facility. Maps are available at office.

Clean facility, would be nice to have general guidance inside on the wall to locate storage units. The access code should be limited for the parking to the inside not the elevator.

It was handled professionally with courtesy and respect

Rene was fantastic! I would definitely recommend renting through Public storage. Not just this facility. But ANY Public storage facility. They have never let me down in the years that I have needed some extra storage space.

I wasent told about having a service fee or having to buy the lock from them until I was there getting the unit. Other than that it was a very easy and economical place to rent from and the manager there is awesome. Thank you guys

I went there to get into my paid for unit and they were nowhere to be found even though the office was open.

Paul was very helpful, and polite. Move in set up is easy, and the unit was clean.

Nice facility. Warm inside. Wish there was a garbage.

Early morning is the best time to move stuff. Afternoon time is hard to pull in a big truck to off load. I hope you Monitor the homeless people trying to park in the middle and blocking other people trying to move.

This Public Storage in Vancouver, WA is a great facility with good customer service. Got great value by booking online and also got the first month free.

Love the staff and makes moving that much easier.

I already stated the two issues I found And my girlfriend pointed out two more One concern is only with this facility Although it is a great location it is also not due to the fact it's kind of secluded and chicken potentially be a safety concern with single females at night Also it states that access is available until 11 p.m. and this is not correct we have tried several times 20 to 15 minutes till 11 p.m. and we're not allowed access it stated it was already closed On a positive note the lady that works in the office during the day was very helpful and very kind

Number 1 NOT enough moving carts! Maybe you could get like different size chart or rolling bins or something maybe. Number 2 It would be extremely helpful if you could Mark the elevators more clearly like put color coded footsteps on the floor that lead to the elevator on each floor or something it's a little bit confusing

Everything from the reservation process to the move in was smooth and simple. I really appreciated the full contactless service. Prices are amazing for the size of unit compared to many lesser storage facilities in the area.

I found once I got to the facility itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be way more secure than I expected and having an after all let me Bluetooth access my storage facility is great
