Public Storage - Vancouver - 9421 NE Fourth Plain Rd

Everything was easy to reserve and I Evergreen had to change my move in date. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I am storing a 6x12 trailer and expected a back in spot but everything is parallel park. That was a little tricky. The person who is renting the space next to mine was over the line by a couple feet and made it very difficult to park the trailer.

Needed a place to store my boat. Gail was awesome and got me squared away. The space is adequate and serves my needs. Some of the spaces have vehicles that are not parked the best limiting maneuvering, so bring those trailering skills and you will be just fine.

Nothing more, nothing less. It cost an average amount (leaning on the affordable side), I felt very secure leaving my property there, and it looked like it would be easy to access.

I reserved online, receiving a confirmation email that all was well. I called the day I was supposed to move my rv in and the reservation had somehow been cancelled. There werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t any other spots available so I was pretty much stranded. The staff saved the day. Patty found a way to get me in though the spot was very tight due to how folks had parked their stuff.

Dropping off my car for storage was a normal routine process. Although I am fairly certain there are people living in a trailer that is parked in the storage lot. I would shop for a more secure place next time.

Great specials i was in a pinch and they had just what i needed.were fast and very polite and helpfull .made me feel secure and safe im 68 and handicapped .would go there again and recommend to all .Very caring company not just a number with them Your an actual person they take time to discuss your needs even offered a different size unit to save me money .took the larger one still.thank you Jacob in training good job!!

I was able to obtain a storage space, at the last moment on a Sunday morning and the introductory price really helped me with the mounting moving costs!

Went here two days. On the first day my husband and I just wanted to look at the units before getting one and the guy that helped us was very friendly and helpful he answered all of our questions with mo problem. The very next day my husband went online to reserve a unit. We got a call right away from Patti to come and sign our paperwork for the unit. Patti was very pleasant and made the process very simple and easy. Didn't even take 30 minutes to get everything done. I highly recommend this storage facility!!!

I haven't had any problems and Kristi was amazing. The o ly thing is the doors were getting fixed when I moved in so I don't have a door code that I know of.

I have had a storage unit with public storage for 6 months now and I have found that they are sufficient with their emails with my monthly statements and also reminders. I have also received a few calls from them when my payments were late to check on my status. I have found that the employees who have dealt with me and my wife have been friendly and communicate well. Recommend them anytime!
