Some units have new tumbler locks that cost $20. They are moving all units over to this eventually. Also, you cant just go to hardware store and buy a lock. Only from them or locksmith can you buy one. Also my unit 10 x 20 was actually 10 x 18 1/2

One of the few storage places open during the quarantine. Renting was easy with express check in.

The staff is a very friendly, patient, and helpful with selecting a new unit.

The gentlemen who helped me was very polite. I was on a short time crunch, he was quite understanding and made sure I was taken good care of.

Property Manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Facility was very easy to locate for someone from out of town. Lighting in hallways outside storage units could use some improvement, and all storage units should have their own lighting. Also, there needs to be a better mechanism in place that truly prevents more than one vehicle from entering the facility at a time, forcing an occupant in each vehicle to authenticate with their given gate code; during my first trip into the property, another vehicle followed my car in without waiting for the gate to close so they could enter their code.

Well the customer service continues on to the next. I was in a bind and needed a storage shed for the best price. I was helped accordingly and got what I needed for the price I needed. this is our first time renting a storage unit. we shopped around and we feel that Public Storage is the least expensive. the location is nice too it's right between our old place and the new place that we are moving into! the property manager was very friendly but professional. she offered us the essentials that we need from moving to what kind of storage unit we need. we are very satisfied customers!

I had come in early in the morning to claim the unit I had reserved, and Teri was very nice and friendly despite the store's computer going down. She explained to me that she could help by doing everything manually or I could come back later. Unfortunately, I didn't have the extra time to come back later, so everything would have to done without the computer. She did manage to get the computer operating, but it was slow and crashed several times. Throughout this, she was having to take calls by speaker phone because the phone cord would cut out. This created a great deal of interruption between me giving her information, me asking her questions and her answering them, and the information the person from the corporate was trying to tell her. Aggravating. Just as she was to show me my reserved unit, a person came into the office and told her that the gate was stuck and an alarm was sounding. She said that the gate often gets stuck in cold weather! If I was storing something of great value, I probably would have requested a refund right then and there. When we walked to the unit, I looked closely at the chain that guides the gate open and closed. It was rusty, and probably could use some maintenance. Overall, I think the customer service is great, but the desire to maintain the equipment that is needed to preserve customer satisfaction and importance is not there.

a little more expensive than surrounding locations. But they had a vacancy. No access after 9pm, which is good for security reasons, but not convince.

Facility was clean, conveniently located, and had the size and type of unit we needed for storing our wine-making glass carboys. We were downsizing and temporarily in an apartment with no extra room to keep over 20 big glass jugs. The price was right and Teri gave me a tour and explained everything in a very efficient manner. I thoroughly recommend these guys!

From start to finish, the process took less time than going to the DMV. The representative was helpful and efficient in showing the unit, property, security system, suggesting packing supplies, getting the proper lock, insurance guidance, and contract explanation. The facility and rep were clean and pleasant. The phone rep was just as helpful and eager to secure us the last unit in our town. Will always use and suggest Public Storage.
