This is a newer, very clean and secure facility. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Just know that you need a certain type of lock for your unit (they sell them) and you must show proof of property insurance or there is an additional fee. Overall I am satisfied with this company.

Went there thinking it was gonna be like another storage facility, wrong this place was clean, well taken care of and the staff was great especially the lady that helped me!!! She was friendly and could have been a distraction, even so she was very professional and thorough, you got the job done quick.I would definitely recommend this to my friends

Cleanliness and great interaction with property caretaker. Units are not so close to street so the distance allows one to see who is coming and going. Very nice.

Before my friend told me about this storage I had never heard about them. After I went there and rent a unit it's really worth going there and seeing it. It's worth it.

Nice facility on the edge of downtown. Only thing is that it seems my unit is substantiality shorter than others and I have heater ducts running quite low through the center of my unit.

I had a load of stuff to store, relocating from further north to south. Everyone helped make the process easier for me and I accomplished my mission smoothly. I appreciate the office staff giving me individual attention and explaining the requirements clearly.

Good customer service so far, clean and secure units. No rif raff or bad smells, office staff was super helpful. Card worked right away and the dolly is super convenient for moving my items around. Also the promo deal was a great selling point.

Love the 3 months introductory rate at 50% off for a 10 by 15 unit and others units I'm assuming rented through sparefoot.com where I got the deal from that is why I chose this facility customer service was awesome the manager was knowledgeable and efficient in and out seen my unit it wasn't 100% what I wanted but the size was what I needed but we're all very clean and well taken care of this facility has access hours till 11:00 p.m. which is a major bonus for me all in all I'd pick this storage unit over other mainstream companies.

I've had a great experience with Shield Storage. The facility itself is clean and well maintained and Marissa, who works at the front desk, was lovely - very friendly and professional. She patiently walked me through the steps, set me up with a lock and ensured I was clear on the process for entering and exiting on my own. Glad to have found Shield!

Nice place seems pretty secure one negative part to it is the bathrooms nice facilities but lack of upkeep in the bathrooms. Every time I've been there the bathroom on top level has never been cleaned or restocked and has been out of toilet paper in any other restocking items every time I've ever been there. Disappointing especially when there's only a hand dryer no paper towels to compensate for the lack of toilet paper... Garbage was spilling over can and was just gross feeling due to lack of upkeep... Other than the bathroom though place is nice

Was great very nice ladies in the front the storage units are big and clean couldn't ask for more except one thing the lights turn off too fast and it is dark in there so bring an extra light with you because they don't stay on long enough if you're looking for something otherwise I wouldn't change anything

I was in and out within 20 minutes. I was shown my unit which was both clean and secure. The paperwork was effortless and the staff were friendly, informed and efficient. Overall, could not have been better.

Nice new facility that's close to freeway, residential and commercial businesses. The only negative is that the contract tells you to provide your own lock but the units require a particular over priced cylinder lock that you have no choice but to buy...a little deceptive I think.
