It was really upsetting that I had to drag my furniture on the floor to go quick into my storage unit so bottoms of my furniture got ruined because there was no dolly

This facility is great. The Managers Jen and Danielle are wonderful to work with and always go that extra step to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of whenever your there.

The advertised price will double when you actually go reserve the spot. be warned! other than that, great unit.

They don't tell you all the "gotcha" fees until you're signing the contract. Doubles the online quote.

I don't remember the ladies name, she had pink hair, she had just flown in from California and she was very nice, friendly and helpful, she was awesome to be honest. The only thing would be, that there isn't much parking. It's almost a wait your turn to be able to get in. Hopefully prices don't go up.

Best experience ever had renting a unit. So clean also

On site staff were great! I prepaid two years to avoid the steep increase in price after a few months. Then my plans changed. (pandemic) I moved out at the end of July, and it is January and I do not have my refund. I was refunded for two units, but not the one with the big refund due. They clearly had my new address for the small refund, but claim they mailed the big check to the old address. However, that was never received, because I still had a secure mailbox, and a friend checking it. Do I report theft to the local police, or fraud to the WA attorney general>

This is by far the most affordable storage place I've found, and you still get all the bells and whistles. Security, convenience, accessibility, and temperature control. This was important for our stuff.

I felt completely comfortable leaving my things in storage at this facility. It is very secure the best out of all the storage units I have ever rented and the price is awesome. If you have not ever visited the faciltity I would recommend you do before you rent anywhere else. It s an A place woth very friendly efficient staff as well.

Everything went extremely smoothly, the attendant was very helpful and the facility is one of the best I've seen, very clean, modern and has climate control, overall you just can't beat it for such a great price. This is an absolute 180 compared to my last experience at a Public Storage unit in Gresham and the prices don't keep changing, smh, I'll never use that company again.

Gary and Pierre were super helpful! Great customer service! Very clean facility. Pierre responded to my voicemail and called me back. When the unit was becoming available sooner, he called to let me know. He was very helpful with explaining and helping me with the paperwork. Great customer service! When I moved in, Gary noticed how much stuff I had and immediately looked for additional space, if needed. He even took the time to show me the additional space. That is great customer service!

Overall it's good but need more clean

Newer facility with 100% climate controlled units. Internet had been down for sec days but staff went above and beyond to get me moved in.

Already referred a friend. Was a great experience overall. Pricing was good.
