Trojan Storage of Vancouver

After being there five or six months my price doubled they told me that the low price they gave me when I moved in was because it was an introductory price so the reason I moved over there was for the low price they should have told me it was an introductory price when I moved in and that it was going to be higher because now I'm paying more than I was at the other place that I moved out of just to go to there, I told them I was looking for something low price and that's why I was moving out of the other one I wish they would have told me that the price was going to change later cuz I'm on a really low fixed budget and they just made things really hard on me , so as soon as I can get the money saved up to move to another one that's probably what's going to happen which I really hate to do because I really like this place it's clean they're friendly and it's a nice place but it's just too high price for me

We got the unit rental setup completed with the help of your unit manager. We will be moving our stuff tomorrow

Overall great. They did the paperwork all I had to do was signing. The unit was very dusty and lots of lint floating in it. I had to blow it out.

I arrived about 5 minutes before closing and staff took the time to process my account so I had access to my unit after office closed. Awesome job!

Cheap deals for great units and staff are on point!!!

The people were great, the place was clean. And they even walked with me to where I was to park my trailer.

The outside door would be helpful if it could have an option to remain open when moving things in, especially since the light switch is not just inside the door.

Easy access, no hassles, even the paperwork went smoothly.

Reserved and checked in online. When I arrived on site the unit number wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t in the same format as the units so I had to go get help. Then I had to redo all of the online paperwork I had already done. Apparently the online system had a different labeling system than in person. Then I had to buy a new lock even though online it said I could use a disc lock (which I specifically went and bought). Apparently thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not true and you must use a cylinder lock they sell. Even the lease on site said I could use disc lock. They told me I had to have Insurance right then rather than online which says I have 7 days so I had to buy their insurance. Lastly, the drive up unit is down a hallway so not really drive up. Really good promo deal but very disappointed that so much information online was false.

I'm satisfied overall. Manager I spoke on phone was very professional. I had been given clear and precise information without "hidden" things in price or storage itself. Storage itself safe, good customer service, was clean and even better then I was expected.
