Friendly, helpful staff, very clean environment, easy in and out.

Although the units are very clean inside. The outside garage doors could be hosed off and then new weatherstripping needs to be put on the doors. Our unit half of itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s hanging off or thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s some area that doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have it at all. May be allowing rodents to get inside.

Angie and Shayla are excellent representatives of the facility. They were over the top with customer satisfaction and made our first time using a storage unit a great experience, Kudos to them!

I was delighted that I could find and reserve exactly the storage unit I needed online, do the paperwork in 15 minutes and move my boxes into the unit the same day. The manager was very helpful and made the registration process stress-free. Best of all, the facility is very close to my house!

She called the next day to verify that I was going still come in for storage service that day, the day I had said I would (since the evening before I made the reservation). She wanted to know when to expect me because she had meetings that day and wanted to be sure to be available when I arrived. It was at my chosen time slot. She was amazing: very friendly and flexible. I wish the insurance was less expensive and maybe the baseline price already included it, so thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no surprises. However the surprise was offset by the unbeatable $1 for first months rent and the one time administrative fees and then insurance was added. Thank you! Great service!

My reservation was simple to make and even change. When I showed up to get my keys the lady was very quick and helpful! The unit itself was very clean and easy to get to. What I anticipated storing fit no problem!

We just signed up for storage unit a week ago. I met with Anji that day and she talked me through all the paperwork and made everything clear. She was informative in questioning what our needs were and she was very hospitable.

Great staff, especially Natalie, very helpful figuring it what we needed, she a very professional creative problem solver, and FUN. She made a long, hard day better.

Decent price for the size that we rented. Property is old and a little dingy, but not so much that we turned away. Security measures seem good.
