So when I signed up for this unit online nowhere didn't mention I had to pay renters insurance they don't tell you that until you pay your first bill. Everything's done online so you don't see anyone in person. The day I got my unit they gave me a gate code, unit # and the combo to the lock. The combo wasn't the right one. I only had a few hours left to move everything out of my house so I literally had to leave my stuff outside on the cement unattended at the storage unit. I called and it took her 3 hours to call me back. Also they start calling and text that your bills due on the 27th - 28th when its not due until the 5th I think.
