Not a bad place to hold onto you belongings

was a little dirty but other then that I'm satisfied I was able to do everything online and was quick they also had online deals which were so much needed. it's so far been no problems the lady at the front desk was kind and helpful.

I called several places in the area and this was the most affordable and although it's a bit out of the way for me, I honestly chose this facility because the staff was the friendliest and being able to reserve a unit online was super convenient and they had a great online special as well. I definitely appreciate the hassle free online reservation option. I'm super busy and needed to find a storage unit ASAP. The gal walked me to my unit when I checked in and even showed me how to use the lock I purchased. Also love that there is an on-site manager on the premises 24 hours a day so I feel super safe storing my belongings there. Great experience, would definitely recommend to others!

The only complaint that I have is that I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get to use the free move in truck because they only people who knew how to do that were out of town. I still have stuff that hasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t made it there yet. Other than that EVERYTHING is awesome and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad that Ive chosen ON GUARD for my storage!

The storage facility is a little farther from my house, but it's over $20 less than the ones closer. Great communication from all concerned.

The owner/operator was very nice and helpful. Easy access to the storage units. The services offered are a huge help in moving.

I would greatly recommend it, move-in was easy. The online reservation option is very useful, it let me reserve my unit without having to be in person. Pricing is good one of the lowest prices in town and great customer service!! The man that I contacted was very helpful and followed up with me to make sure I had reserved my unit with no trouble.

Needed a quick storage and they got it out to me in less then 10 minutes.

Relatively cheap for a space, only place I cold find a 5x5.

The manager was very helpful and easy to do business with. Small talk was easy, and she made the whole experience fun. It was a big step for my fiancé and me, and it was nice that it was a good one.

Its ok cause its the cheapest in yakima wa but its hard to get stuff to the interior of unit

Great service & communication from Jo and her staff. Very friendly, offered us free use of their business truck & made our day much easier. The woman that helped me make the reservation was also very pleasant, helpful & efficient. Great experience!!!!!

The cost kept changing, I should have received the first full month free but the manager wanted to pro-rate over 6 months.
