Good it was easy and nice would recommend

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They would bring us water on a hot day when we were in our unit. Staff even offered to help me (I was recovering from neck surgery) when they saw I was struggling with the bins. They are very professional, and I would highly recommend this facility.

From the start the staff here went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable. They explained the terms perfectly. The security of your belongings could not be in better hands. I really did not have to worry about leaving my personal items here. Thank you so very much.

Manager was extremely polite very helpful and was kind enough to give me a student discount which was a helpful price cut enough for me to move in the first month. Helped me input my gate code and storage lock number to make sure it worked and I knew how to access correctly to get in the storage facility which was very nice . The unit was clean the whole facility is safe and I feel good knowing my stuff is secure which no problems so far and doubt Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll have any issues with losing anything to theft which is amazing for Yakima . Would definitely recommend to anyone whoﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s in need of a nice storage facility .

I had nothing but exceptional service from the general manager Andy Lyon. He was very friendly and accommodating and the availability of a truck was unbelievable. Will tell anyone looking for storage in Yakima to try Storage Court first!

Andrew the Senior Manager was very friendly and professional. Over all it was an easy, no hassle rental of a 10' x 20' storage unit.

Staff is very friendly and really helpful and willing to work hard to make sure that you are happy.

Although I thought I had finished the online reservation experience, I was mistaken. The manager, on her day off, resolved my errors and got us through the gate to unload our stuff. Thank you!

I tried to take care of all the paperwork the day before we planned on moving things into the storage unit 2/18/2021. Got there 1:15 to a sign at lunch will be back at 2:10. So I left when I came back at 2:40 there was a sign out on errands be back at 3:10. I called the phone number on the sign the lady I spoke with said she would have the district manager Kevin call me right away. The next morning I called and asked for him to call me. Today is the 21st and I still have not received a call from Kevin.

Due to current COVID restrictions, I had to have multiple phone calls in order to complete my registration and move in. The operator was very friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Doesn't matter the price, cleanliness, other positives when your unit is broken into and your property stolen! My son being the latest. Others last month. How long had this been happening? No on site security except cameras which are great, but won't get my son's boat, tvs, collectibles back. And having to fight to get money back because employee didn't know how to use the debit machine! The manager was very cooperative with us and the police. Just don't rent here!

The location is ideal and the staff is very courteous and friendly. I would recommends this facility.
