Now im aware that it was I don't know if you're control but what was in your control was how you handled it following. I had called the office multiple times just to make sure that my stuff wasn't affected there was no response not even an email to ease the concerns of your tenants. I had to physically go and check myself luckily it wasn't affected but the lack of communication during what could have been a crisis or emergency situation is alarming.

I was pleased with this facility from start to finish. The customer service was beyond excellent, and all seemed concerned about my needs. Also, the building is super, and love the drive-in capability, automatic doors, the whole package is top-notch. I was greeted Saturday with professionalism and was signed in very quickly. And the gentleman made sure I knew exactly what to do. My daughter and her guy were also very impressed with the facility, and very happy with my selection. Very good job, and the price was also a good factor.

Had to move with only 2-4 days to get everything packed, moved to storage then cleaned. The process to get a storage unit was SUPER fast and VERY easy, along with reasonable prices that are lower than most in this area.

The storage was too small but it was my fault, facility was clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The price is VERY reasonable and cheaper than most storage places in the fox valley area.
