Renting process was quick and easy. By the time I got to the facility, the unit was completely ready for me with a lock and key. It’s clean and conveniently accessed. It’s a busy facility with minimal area for cars to travel in and out but people are friendly and make it work.

Customer service was awesome, although I feel its a bit pricey it was an honor to meet such great staff.

It was easy to reserve a unit which I started online, then finished with a phone call from a staff member who answered my questions and help me secure a rental in their facility. I appreciate the cleanliness of the unit, and that it is climate controlled.

I was able to sign up online 1 day before needing the storage unit. All I needed to do was grab my stuff. The next day and move into the unit lock was provided. Made the down payment and it was ready to go all in a matter of less than an hour.

Needed a short term solution and found this facility via Google with promotions. Make sure to ask before reserving what promotion you are getting will be because the one you see might be different than the one you get. This is not necessarily a negative, I thought I was getting 1 (first) month free and instead am getting a 50% on first 3 months. Would recommend and will probably use again in the future!

Very easy and simple process! Was able to get a storage the first day my fiance and I called and now it's been a couple days since we've had our storage now having everything already inside less than 3 days! And so nice they have Carts to help move stuff into your storages! Super helpful! and super helpful workers here!
