Dorothy was so helpful with helping me figure out how to rent a unit on line. She had a ton of patience with me because I could not figure it out. She walked me through everything. She explained in detail on how to use the key to get into the unit. Very very nice lady.

There is plenty of room, the ceilings are very high! They provide carts and there is gate access that adds a layer of protection! It’s very clean and easily accessible

From checking availability to completing paperwork the process was easy, quick, and the staff extremely helpful, professional, kind and courteous. Everything was explained up front and well.

I have used several different self storage facilities. Superior Storage has been one if my favorite choices. The staff is friendly, helpful, and even offers storage boxes and materials for moving/storage at very reasonable prices. The 24 hour gated access is a great feature there. I have used them for years as this facility has been well maintained either inside or outside drive-up storage garages. Pricing has been fairly stable over the years.

I love this place. I used a few years back, always clean, easy access to my stuff, but at the same time, in an area where I feel my stuff is secure. I have a climate controlled storage unit, and never have had a problem. Easy to pay online. My dad also had a storage unit there with no problems, and keeps his RV there when not in use. Highly recommend to anyone. -KF
