I thought this unit was well kept, and funcitonal

I am so satisfied with the customer service I received, and how easy and convenient the process was. I put an inquiry on their website, and heard from an associate within 10 minutes. He has the paperwork sent over via docusign, and I was able to start using the unit within the hour on a Saturday. Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have asked for any better!!

This was the first time that I have rented a storage unit. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been thinking about it for awhile, but hesitated because I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want a long, complicated process. I contacted the company, and found them really helpful and informative. They assisted in explaining what it would look like if I needed more space at a later time, and got me set up with my unit from first call to access to my unit in under fifteen minutes. This was also done on a Saturday, which was much appreciated as I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have much time during the week to deal with these things. They had locks available for purchase, a very fair price and saved me the trouble of an additional stop before moving my winter tires to storage. I have been very impressed with the overall experience.

I accidentally moved into the wrong storage space and Dan was very nice and helpful with helping me getting everything figured out.

Rental fee is less than most in town. The units are older but still protective and dry from what I observed. Bob the caretaker/maintenance guy was super nice and helpful. Offered me free wood pallets for my unit. He had to take over setting up my agreement because the manager forgot our appointment.

After having a challenging day i was about to meet Dan at the storage Unit at 4pm. He was very knowledgeable and professional and he took the time to answer any and all my questions Even assisting me with a lock the maintenance man was available for his expertise. I'll definitely recommend this unit to anyone i know. Thanks again

Smooth and easy rental process

Contact back was quick and I was given the option to call, text, email as needed. Completion of the rental transaction was made convenient in that a contract was left in the unit which I completed and drop with initial payment in the drop slot. The facility so far seems well kept.
