I had a very positive experience starting from the reserving of my unit. I reserved my unit Friday night and Landon called to follow up with my reservation Saturday morning. He worked with my schedule and got me in that day for an appointment just so I could move my stuff in Sunday morning. He was very friendly, and helped me out a lot. The move was easier than expected and the place was very clean. Definitely would recommend!

We needed a place to store most of our household as we transitioned from Stoughton to Las Vegas. I had a 10x15 and loaded it up over a month's time, then needed to add a 5x15 for the final push. Landon and Steve were right there to help me stay on track. We moved out end of January, and the whole experience could not have been better. Especially appreciated the inside garage for loading/unloading in Dec/Jan. Not as nice as the 72F here in Vegas, but a close second. :)

I've never needed to store anything before, so was nervous and wanted to find a good place at a good price. Not only was the process easy the staff were super helpful and friendly, even double checked I'd be able to keep my appt. The building is well kept, lockers are good sized and not as expensive as I've heard many places are.

Everything went smoothly - from the initial reservation, phonecall, facility tour and paperwork. Would definitely recommend. Pricing is good, but on top of all, I feel like my items are completely safe. Moreover, the fact that right next to it there is pick n save is just to cherry on top.

I was thrilled to rent with StorQuest! The promotional deal for $58 a month saved me more than $150 on my lease for an indoor locker of this size and I also received a prepayment Bonus discount! Excellent deal. The storage units are clean, the location is accessible in a well populated area with cameras and good lighting on every floor. The office is on site and they regularly patrol the floors to ensure safety. I feel safe coming to the locker. The staff member that signed me in was on time, friendly and helpful. GREAT VALUE!

Really like the convenience of the location, space, and ability to access 365 days a year. Price was reasonable too. However, the staff was not at all friendly. He came across to be very cold, curt, and not one crack of smile during the entire time we were there. Customer service could really be improved upon. Hope management could address this issue for all future customers. Otherwise, I am happy with the storage.
