So far so good. The place is clean and solid.

Electronic lock worked flawlessly, well lit facility, and inside clean!

Josh was very helpful. Sparefoot not so much.

Clean and very comfortable and easy way to bring your things inside the storage.

As this is a no contact facility, it was easy to figure things out without having to have someone showing me how to get access and get around to my unit. It is a security locked building and you have access to carts and an elevator to access the top floor. Rates are very competitive with other climate controled storage facilities.

Great Price and very nice. Loved how bright the building is and how secure it is.

Storage unit was easy to access and very clean

There was a little confusion between the outside ad agency and getting connected to the storageinc website. I also did not receive my unit info after paying the reservation fee. I may have been charged the reservation fee two times..? Customer service was quick and very helpful even through multiple hiccups. I felt bad for calling Josh so much haha.

It was very easy to reserve the space and to set everything up. The facility was clean and bright. It feels very secure. This is the first climate controlled storage I have ever used and I won't go back to regular units. The carts by the front door are a very nice touch.
