I have never rented a storage facility before, but have heard a host of horrible stories. This made me apprehensive to book a unit, but due to some moving situations it needed to be done. And honestly, it had been a splendid process. Superior Storage is an extremely clean facility, their staff are kind and helpful, and the entire process was so easy. I had lots of questions along the way and representative were constantly available via email, phone, and in person to help out. They provided me with a secure lock (great bonus) and the unit was in pristine condition. I would HIGHLY recommend Superior Storage!

It was a very easy process. Everything was done online and went smoothly. When I had a question I called and received answers right away.

Hey dear Friend have a storage at commerce Rd in Madison and it called point Storage and there was a wounderful lady assist me she told me everything that needed know . I was very pleased with the price too. I recommended to anyone.

First time having to use a storage unit, everyone to date has be courteous and helpful.

Should add some perks to offset the sting of the deposit amount. For example free padlocks less fees for certain penalties and some type of incentives like a free month or something.

I was desperately looking for storage. Everyone was booked, and then I stumbled across this place. Price was good, location was close, but most importantly I was able to move in the next day. Overall, it was a great experience!

Customer service was fantastic when signing up, and the storage unit is clean and dry.

Not only was the process of obtaining a unit easy, the staff is fantastic and I feel like my belongings are safe.
