Property manager, Alex, was prompt in contacting us about our move in. She was helpful and informative. The property itself could use a bit of upkeep. Alex did mention she was recently promoted and would be attending to the issues. We appreciated her help with everything!

My initial sign up and taking possesion of storage unit was a fine experience. Ebony was most helpful. However, when i was accusted by another renter, and informed the onduty manager, she stated, they are leaving/ moving out. that was the sum total of responce. I imeadiately move to another storage space, as i felt this was an unsafe enviroment. Had some action been taking, I would naught have left. as is, I require an additional unit. I am most disappointed with my experience, save the initial move in. Be well, Mark

The manager was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything. The "$1 for the 1st month" ended up at a total of $57.64 for 15 days, $88.59 for 25 days, then $130 a month.... The unit had some issues, no electric and some holes. The lighting outside seems good. The locks and locked entrance are great.

It seems we are being led to believe that we have to have insurance from Public Storage in order to rent the 10x10. Yet, my insurance company says we are already covered under our homeowners insurance. Are we being overcharged?

I needed a storage unit convenient to the freeway and with drive up access- this fit the bill! It was also less expensive than some of the other options in the area with their 50% off first month special. They went through everythign with me upon arrival and got me on my way. Thank you!

Public Storage is a great place if you need someplace in a hurry. One place did not have the right size and they helped me get a place that had the right size, and close to where I wanted it. Very help for. I would tell everyone I know about Public Storage.
