Though the garage door on the container was a little rickety, the space was clean and ready for me. Move-in was easy, and I love using the phone app to access the facility. My car fit with room for other stuff. The price was a little high, but what isn't these days? Though I never spoke with anyone, the online registration and automated communication were top-notch. I guess we don't need humans after all :)

My move-in went smoothly. The unit was clean, but the rust on the metal cladding on either side of the overhead door looks to have eaten through the fasteners attaching the siding to the structure. There are a number of openings that would allow vermin to enter the unit. Hopefully since it's a locked and covered car in the unit it won't be of any interest to them, but I'm concerned that they can easily come in and nest in the sheltered area. The manager of the unit was very friendly and helpful, and her instructions on where to find the unit and how to enter/exit were clear and easy to follow.

Check in and move in were super easy! Yes, you CAN get a 26ft UHaul truck through the lot.

Jake was most helpful and did everything he could to try to get us a special price! We already had 1 unti but needed another so i went in and Jake quickly got the 2nd unit on my original units account so i didn't have to start from scratch. It was something I could not do online. The only bummer was the company was running a special for customers who already had a unit and wanted another one ( like me) but it didn't begin until July 7th and we needed the unit July 4th. It would have been great if as a returning customer we would have been able to get that special on the 4th when we needed it.

Nicole at the office was very informative, not pushy, and answered any and all questions my wife and I had.The unit itself is clean and dry, and has 2 access doors (10x30 unit), which is convenient.

Moving is a difficult and strenuous experience. Getting my storage unit was the least of my troubles, the manager was very helpful and knowledgable. She gave us a great deal n I couldnt be happier with my first storage experience. Thank you public storage.

Very easy to rent a unit but the price of the locks sold there is expensive. We found the same lock at Walmart for almost half the price.

Our reservation process was easy. We had follow-up from Melissa as to what to expect. She was there to greet us and show us the ropes. Not having rented storage space before, I had no idea what to expect one way or another. So far it has been a very seamless process.
