The staff was friendly and very welcoming attitude who took the time to show my movers where unit was located. If I had a con to this facility it would be that there were no dollies available to move my belongings from truck to unit and my unit is located quite far from where you have to stop to unload. A family member had to go home, get his dollie to move remaining items. I was not happy about this at all!

The customer service was amazing! Amanda kept a smile on her face and has a fun & bubbly personality. Sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s great at what she does. Her associate was very pleasant as well. The facility was very clean and our unit was a great size and the price was the lowest of all of the storage facilities in the city.
