I already had a unit for about two years and now needed another for a family member. It happened to be on a Sunday (office not open) but that did not stop the great customer service to allow us to sign up / pay / and move into the storage unit all in that same day. The units are very nice and kept up even in winter months. I would recommend renting these units if you are in the area. Thank you.

I choose this one because it was closer to me and I hope I won't need it for long. But there were others of the same size and climate controlled that were cheaper but further away.

As a RECENT relocation process from Northern Colorado to Walworth County, Wisconsin, I needed a secure, clean, affordable, and preferably indoor location for my "worldly possessions" until I locate a more permanent living location. The Storage Werks facility in Mukwonago is THAT PLACE! The staff is customer-focused and was willing to take the necessary steps to ensure my storage unit requirements and needs were met and that I was completely satisfied. In the future, even after I relocate my items to a physical location, I WILL ALWAYS consider Storage Werks FIRST for any self-storage needs... AS SHOULD YOU!

Super Friendly Staff. The place is so new and that makes it really clean. I have a climate controlled unit and the temperature in there is perfect.
