I was able to sign all paper work on my phone. I was able to start moving in the next day. Very clean and very secure Highly recommended

I purchased a long stem lock prior to arriving at the facility. After I moved my stuff in, I realized the lock would not fit. There are others with a long stem lock, but mine was just a little too narrow to fit. Had to go back to Menards and buy a different lock.

Moved from Virginia. Customer service was really helpful. They allowed us to drop a trailer for a day so we could unload. Will recommend to friends!

Debbie was super helpful and amazing in getting the paperwork all set up and she was professional and very nice as well. I had called 3 places before this and didn't even want to do business with them because of their bad phone etiquette. Debbie was extremely wonderful and everything was really easy to get done and get all moved in.

I had 4 days to find a Uhaul, a storage unit and pack up my apartment. I found Moon Lake Storage online. They were very nice and the process was very easy. When we got to Rice Lake and had trouble finding the units, they had no issues talking us thru directions even though it was 9:30 at night and they were with family. I will definitely recommend Moon Lake to everyone I know.
