Storage units are pretty simple - you set up auto-pay, move in, and then move out when you're ready. It's all online, which I appreciate, and I had no issues. The closing mechanism got a bit stuck at one point but they came out and fixed it quickly, which is all you can ask for in those kinds of situations. I rented for about eight months and only left as I didn't need the space any longer.
